Replaceable Sleeve Stabilizer
The replaceable sleeve stabilizer are available with two-piece and three-piece construction. The three-piece construction stabilizer is made of a body and a centralizing body(refer to sleeve replaceable). The advantage is that the sleeve can be changed quickly and easily after sleeve hardfacing is worn—out. This kind of stabilizer is especially suitable for working in directional well. |  |
3-Piece Sleeve Replaceable Stabilizer
The 3-piece sleeve replaceable stabilizer is made of central pipe, sleeve replaceable and bottom sub which are thread connection. The three-piece construction can bear strong bending strength and the sleeve can be easily and quickly replaced on drill floor. |  |
Non-rotating Stabilizer
The FXF type non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer )is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall. Float Valve Stabilizer
Float valve stabilizer is mainly used in near bit type stabilizer while working for preventing from borehole deflection, when blowout or well kick takes place, the float valve stabilizer will automatically shut off inside bore of tool to avoid the accident. Variable Diameter Stabilizer
Stabilizer is one of main drill tool assembly in hole guiding. During drilling in deviating and horizontal well , in view of workmanship, stabilizer OD is required to be equal or l-2mm less than drill bit so that too small clearance between borehole wall and stabilizer usually causes stabilizer to be easily stuck during tripping out of hole.
However, variable diameter stabilizer solves the problem which common stabilizer can not solves. During drilling in directional well, by use of differential pressure at nozzle produced by circulation of fluid among inside and outside of drill string, stabilizer stretch out supporting head to reach full hole so that stabilizer equipped with different drill tools to increase or angle drop or stabilize hole inclination. Meanwhile, when stop pump circulation, support head draws back so that stabilizer OD becomes small to improve tripping out smoothly. |  |
Drilling Reamer
The roller stabilizer (drilling reamer) is used for all kinds of reaming stabilization in drilling operation, especially the function of stabilization in drilling of the abrasive formation. It is a very popular tool for hole size from 4 5/ 8 to 26 " . Additionally, it can be used in different hole when same body is equipped with different bearing block and roller. The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285-341Brinell hardness and 54,1 minimum impact strength.

1. Narrow—teeth type is used for cutting of hole wall for soft formation.
2. Wid-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formation.

The unbalanced spiral blade stabilizer, relying on its structural unbalanced principle, during rotating of drill string, produces a centrifugal force toward weighted side. One time natural coincidence for restoring force with eccentric force whener drill tool turns a round. This would produce a large impact restoring force to straighten well-bore gradually. Spherical Stabilizer
The spherical stabilizer is one of new type tools which is used in horizontal and directional well to prevent hole inclination, improve drilling solution, improve drill tools service life and hole condition, cut off /scrape bore wall . Casing Cement Head with Double Plugs
The casing cement-head with double plugs (called as cement—head ) is a common cementing tool used as wellhead unit in all kinds of cementing operation. Comparing to cement-head with single plug, it owns longer cement-head body , and upper rubber plug and lower rubber plug can be put in at same time.
The tool owns some advantages such as simple construction, easy operation, high pressure resistant, manifold in common use, flexible in connecting. Float Shoe and Float Collar
The float shoe or float collar is a kind of casing shoe or coupling which can produce buoyancy. With advantages of high temperature resistance, good sealing feature and easy connection , it can be used to replace guide shoe or casing shoe. The float shoe and float collar can be not only used in unclassified technical casing, oil layer casing but also in deep well , extra-deep well and special technology well. The float shoe which is connected at end of casing string functions as guide or back pressure valve . Cock Valve
The kelly cock valve ,which is a manually operated ball valve run in the I.D of drill string ,is one of effective tool for preventation from blowout . The kelly cock is divided into upper kelly cock and lower kelly cock . The upper kelly cock is connected between lower end of swivel and upper end of kelly . The lower kelly cock is connected between upper end of drillpipe and lower end of kelly or connected between lower end of kelly saver subs. The kelly cock features a simple operation, the kelly cock can be opened on or closed off by only turning the special operating spanner at 90 degrees according to indicating direction. During drilling operation, in order to avoid serious well kick or blowout accident, the kelly cock shall be connected at upper end and lower end of kelly. |  |
The Inside BOP
The inside blowout preventer is the necessary tool assigned by the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) in drilling operations. When the blowout is happened during drilling tools are coming out of hole, the inside blowout preventer is needed , because the drill pipes as much as possible shall be put into hole again.
The inside blowout preventer in fig.l. is the new developed product which has been used to substitute import product and used in some big oilfields in China. The former one is used to cut spiral blade stabilizer whose blade is dressed with tungsten carbide . It can mill out Ф 214 within 5 hours.
